    How to Check Course Reports

This guide is for: Distributors, Dealers, Area Managers, Sales Directors, and Area Vice Presidents.

    Introduction

In Saladmaster University, you can quickly and easily check course progress and statistics as a Power User. This manual will outline how to access and manage course reports.

To access a course report, log into your Docebo platform as a Superadmin, Instructor, or Power User. Then, press the Menu item in the left sidebar and select the My Courses and Learning Plans item from the slide-out menu. Here, select a course. Once you’re on the course page, press the ellipsis icon in the top right corner of the page, then select the Reports item.

    General Statistics

Once you’ve reached the course report, you will see a number of statistics at the top of the page:

    • Total number of enrolled users.
    • Total number of users that have completed the course, are still in progress, or have yet to begin the course.
    • Number of days since the course’s launch.
    • Number of training material inside the course.

Below, there’s a graph displaying the number of users that have viewed learning objects in the course during the last 14 days. Underneath the graph, you will find a list displaying user statistics, training material statistics, or learner assignments information. Let’s take a look at the information in each tab

    User Statistics Tab

When the User Statistics tab is selected, you will see a list of all of the users enrolled in the course. In the search bar on the top of the list, you can use the Export dropdown menu to Export a list of the enrolled users via CSV or Excel or search for a specific user in the course. In each user’s row, you will see:

    • Username
    • Course subscription date
    • Date that the user first and last accessed the course
    • Completion date
    • Course progress percentage
    • Amount of time spent in a course (for training material viewed in the platform)
    • Status (either Not Yet Started, In Progress, or Completed)
    • Score (if the course has a learning object that requires a score, such as a test or assignment)

If you click on the username in the user’s row, you will be redirected to the user’s summary report for the course. The summary report will display a graph and a timeline for the user’s course accesses. Below, there’s a list of learning objects for the course. Each learning object’s row will display the title as well as the learner’s first and last attempt, first and last completion date, learning object version, status, reset, and score.

    Training Materials Tab

When the Training Material Statistics tab is selected, you will see a list of all of the training materials in the course. In the search bar on the top of the list, you can use the Export dropdown menu to Export a list of the course’s training materials via CSV or Excel or search for a specific learning object.

In each learning object’s row in the list, you will see the title of the learning object, as well as the status (number of users that have completed the learning object, that are in progress or that have to begin the learning object) and the average score of the object, if applicable. When you press on the learning object’s title in the row, you will be redirected to the learning object’s own statistics page. Here, you will find a list of each user that has opened the learning object. In each row, you will see:

    • User’s first, last name and username.
    • Date that the user first and last accessed the learning object.
    • Date of the user’s first completion and last completion of the learning object.
    • Which version of the learning object the user accessed.
    • The User’s status for the learning object (either Not Yet Started, In Progress, or Completed).

    Learner Assignments Tab

In the Learner Assignments tab, you will see a list of assignments that users have submitted for this course. Each row for every assignment will display the username and the full name of the user, the name of the assignment learning object, the date and time of the submission, the status, score, and the option to view or evaluate it.

If you haven’t evaluated the assignment yet, the status column for the assignment will display a grey check mark, the score column will be blank, and you will see the Evaluate link in the last column. Press this link to evaluate the assignment. In the pop up box, you can download the assignment by pressing the download icon in the top right corner. Below, you will see the information of the user and any comments written by the user.

Once you’ve reviewed the assignment, you can provide comments and a score in the corresponding text boxes. If the user didn’t pass the assignment, you can flag the option to allow users to re-upload the assignment if they failed. Finally, press the Marked as Passed or Marked as Failed buttons at the bottom of the pop up box to complete the action.
