Welcome to the new Saladmaster University!

This step-by-step guide will help you register and activate your new Saladmaster University account. Please note: While most of these steps will be shared between every level of the Saladmaster organization, Dealers do not have to register on Saladmaster University. Dealer accounts have been created and cannot be set up by anyone other than the Saladmaster Training department in the Home Offices. 

Registering with Saladmaster University

• Visit https://training.Saladmaster.com and click on Register

• Fill out your profile information. Please note: You will need to enter your Dealership’s Number, your Division, Region, and current role within your Dealership.
• Open the welcome email from Saladmaster University and click on the verification link. (this tells Saladmaster University that you’re a real person)

Registering via Go.Learn Mobile App

• Download the Go.Learn mobile app from Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
• Enter: Training.Saladmaster.com as the platform URL
• Tap, Register and fill out your profile information. Please note: You will need to enter your Dealership’s Number, your Division, Region, and current role within your Dealership.
• Open the welcome email from Saladmaster University and click on the verification link. (this tells Saladmaster University that you’re a real person)
• If your Dealership has an active Dealership Subscription, you will be able to start accessing SMU and it’s content based on location and position within the Saladmaster Dealership. Please note: The automation for enabling new accounts to activate access is still being developed and this process is still being done manually. If you notice that you are still unable to access your SMU account/content and your Dealer has an active Dealership Subscription, please contact SMU Support.

Activate Your Dealership Subscription

This step is for Dealers only

• Open Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge and go to TinyURL.com/SMUDealership
• Enter your information. Please note: It’s VERY important that you have verified your account prior to this step in order for the activation to proceed. It’s also critical that your email address match what was used when you created your Saladmaster University in the step above. Failing to do so will cause your account to be caught in between stages and will require the SMU Team to resolve. 
• Tap/Click on Check Out Now and submit payment. Please note: only Dealers are able to pay for and start the Dealership Subscription for $31 a month. The individual SMU Subscription is no longer available.
